The Hill of Champions intensive training is often called the “secret sauce” of our training process. Using wrestling as a vehicle to teach young people the process of achievement, this training cultivates their ability to prioritize their long term goals over their immediate comfort. When done on a regular basis, self belief and self confidence are imminent.

The wrestlers that commit to this training not only change physically but more importantly, mentally. They will build habits and a mentality that will be deeply rooted in their being to create long term character changes.

The Hill of Champions training is a mix of:

 

  • Bodyweight conditioning
  • Bodyweight strength
  • Wrestling instinct drills
  • Partner body lifting (both general and wrestling specific)
  • Core training

Surround yourself with state champions, state placewinners, and a winning coaching system. The Hill of Champions will change you. This is one of our most important tools that we use to change wrestlers. The choices that you make engineer who you are. Making the choice to attend the Hill of Champions is something that forces wrestlers to forego their immediate comfort zone and really grow into the wrestler and person that they want to become. Here is some further information:

  • 6 Weeks of training beginning on July 9
  • Train 3x/week
  • Training held Tuesdays and Thursdays @ 6:30 AM and Saturdays at 8 AM
  • Tuesday and Thursday training is 90 minutes, and Saturday training is 2 hours
  • Cost: $249
